I have never had a negative experience here, my family has been taking our dogs to Burnt Hills Vet(specifically Dr. Rach) since it opened 30+ years ago. Dr. Rach is the kindest, most compassionate veterinarian and also extremely knowledgeable. My family and I love him and trust him 100%. Today we saw Dr. Elson, and he was fantastic as well. My chihuahua is very fearful especially at the vet and Dr. Elson was amazing with him to the point that my Chi actually crawled in his lap voluntarily. I absolutely love it here as well as my dog. We had problems at our previous vet and I really can't afford mistakes with our current dog. They explain all options and things to try before saying this is what needs to be done. My dog is so excited to go and see everyone and they always make sure he is comfortable before they do anything plus they let him be his excited self while giving kisses and wanting to be in their lap.
Competent and caring service. I know my pets are in the best hands when they're there.
I don't even know where to begin. Everyone in this practice is amazingly kind, empathetic and knowledgable. Our Saint, Gulliver was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of bone cancer. Dr. Keith Clement was straight forward and advised is to give him all the love we could until it was time. Last night we said goodbye outside while the sun was setting. Dr. Godin was phenomenal with my rabbit, Yogi. The two assistants who gave him his pedicure were so kind and gentle with him. I would recommend Burnt Hills Veterinary Hospital to any small pet owners!!
We followed Dr. MacNaughton here from Clifton Park! Well worth the drive! All of the other employees have been lovely too. Very kind and helpful.
