RecommendedExcellent service and caring staff from the moment you walk in the door at reception all the way through to their veterinarians. Every staff member, no matter their capacity or specialty is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no reservations taking my dog there for care.

Want to thank Dr Emily Falls for taking care of my boy Fritz. It was un planned and she took the time to squeeze him in to surgery. She did such a good job removing a skin tag that was really bad. He is doing good now and enjoying relaxing on the couch. I am so pleased with all the Vets at Burnt Hills Veterinary Hospital.
The very best of care for animals. They are also very warm and understanding to those of us that love those animals. I love that they have their own emergency hours. I have been a client there for 30 years and would never change to another place! They are the greatest! I have had Dr. Keith Clement as my vet for about all of those 30 (if not all) years and he is very warm and compassionate with all animals. Burnt Hills Veterinary Hospital is the best of the best. I’ve been to a few vets in the past and I will never take my animals anywhere but here. The staff and doctors have so much heart and compassion, Dr. Elson especially. They genuinely have you and your pet’s best interests in mind and you can instantly feel that. I can’t recommend them enough and my gratitude for this place is immeasurable.
