the front office staff is habitually rude and yelling. My husband and I went in to pick up our dogs ashes and we stood waiting while one person was filing and the other was on the computer and we waited and waited not a word from them. Finally we asked 9f someone could help us and the computer one yells out were busy right now youre gonna have to wait. We just stood there and finally its what do you want yelling at us. Nancy- I have no idea what your agenda is or why you would leave a review like this. There is not even one part of this review that can be true. First of all, in 70 years of operation I can guarnatee you we never asked a greiving family to "hurry up". We routinely stay open well past closing time to provide care for our patients and their family's.
