Our pest technician Michael is the best! You would be hard-pressed to find a better person for the job. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that we are 100% satisfied with what he is doing. Found a scorpion in my daughters room yesterday and had u guys come out today. Michael O was the technician that came and treated it. Let me just say he did an amazing job. Letting me know all the things to look out for and things that I can do to help prevent them. Never once have I had such amazing service by any pest elimination company!!! Although there has been a few growing pains as all small business have, the have been quick to make them right I have have the same technician Sal almost the entire time. We've had our tech Tommy Arthur coming out to the house for over 6 months now. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. He is very friendly, communicates well and always does a great job. We called originally for a tick problem, and were so happy with the service provided, we signed up to have him come every 2 months for preventive sprays.
