I work at Allure at Tempe and are technician is Albert Mottley. He is hard work and keeps are residents happy. What the front office staff likes about him is the detailed notes that he takes in each apartment and let's us know what's going on. He's been the best technician that we've had in a long time.

If this is the place where you get harassed if you're not happy, no way. I heard one of the owners is in prison over the incident. I read the case out of curiosity and it is unbelievable his behaviour.

This company sucks! My friend was broke down right in front of their shop and none of them would give him a jump, his 2 year old daughter was sitting in the front seat sweating her ass off and not one of trucks would give him a jump. Burns pest elimination sucks!!!
They went beyond what was expected. Very good service.
I give 2 stars because some of the employees I've met have been wonderful. One before tried to feed me s load of crap. Today though I'm angry due to taking the day off work for treat and so far no sign of Burns. I have pets, so it's not like they can do it when I'm not home. I've since changed to 1 star because continued issues with bedbugs. I'm not sure if the chemical being used is the right one or not. But if I had a choice I'd never work with Burns again
