Had rat trapping and exclusion done on my house and everyone was super informative, timely and courteous. Work was completed fast and well. A special shout out to Todd S., my rat trapping guy, who was the best. Always informed me what was going on, worked around my crazy schedule and and had to crawl through the smallest attic door I've ever seen built. Burns Pest Elimination services our Condominium complex so when I found little black ants in my kitchen I put in a call for help. Alex is the technician we were lucky to get. He does a thorough job, is knowledgeable and has been persistent in solving the ant problem. Thank you Alex and Burns!
Michael O came out to do our initial scorpion removal, this guy was amazing he is very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips to keep them scorpion away. He found 10 scorpions in the yard and didnt leave until he was sure the job was done! Definitely recommend Burns pest!!!
