Dr. Burns has been intent on listening carefully to my PTSD and assisting me to be equipped to make step to improvement. I'm so encouraged by his help, I've sent 2 others to him as well as shared his name with others. I would recommend to anyone!
Dr. Burns & his staff are hands down the best Psychiatrist office in Franklin, TN!! Dr Burns is very compassionate. I havent met a Dr. who is this easy to open up and talk to. The staff is all very calm, nice, helful, they all put me at ease. They treat you like family so to speak. They have helped me tremendously without any judgement what so ever. Appointments are easy to make or change. Dr. Burns never keeps you waiting. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone!! I am so thankful to have found a doctor like Dr. Burns.

One of the best doctors I have ever been too. He is so awesome and totally cares. He will do his best to help you. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Doctor is senile. Writes prescriptions (one month worth), then DO NOT CALL AND ASK FOR A REFILL, because A.He will say you are abusing your meds because you're taking more than directed. B. DO NOT TRY TO CALL ON A FRIDAY, because he will say you are an addict; you have a problem, and he KNOWS that he wrote you a prescription to cover you for 3 months, call you a liar and hang up on you. ***Called the pharmacy about this today, and THEY said that he was absolutely in the WRONG!**** 3.He will decrease your (needed) dosage with... read more
