This was the best dental experience I ever had. The dentist(Todd Davis) was great. All the girls in the office friendly and very helpful infact I enjoyed warm hugs from all of them. If you are looking for a great dental experience I strongly recommend you to check out SunStone Dental. I personally want to thank everyone at SunStone Dental for everything they did for me during my time there. I will be seeing you all again soon. Garry
Dr. Badalementi was great. My nephew was scared and reassured him he was in good hands. He went above and beyond what I have ever seen a dentist do for a child especially a kid experiencing severe tooth pain. The ladies at the front desk were amazing in assisting with our appts. Would recommend this dentist to all of my friends.
WOW! Dr. Hoang and his team were AMAZING. Starting with Rikki at the front desk who was welcoming, engaging and just sweet I felt more at ease than I ever have in a dentists office. Rikki handled my insurance quickly, effectively, and with a smile. Then Sarah carefully went over my history and current dental issues. She did not make me feel guilty or ashamed of the length of time between dental visits. She took x-rays and did an examination showing concern and empathy for my anxieties and issues. I have used Chestnut Hills Dentistry in the past with absolutely no complaints, however, I found it necessary to have my top teeth extracted and dentures made. Had my appointment and consultation that went well, impressions taken, dentures made and had to wait a bit due to family medical problems before I could schedule my extractions. When I was ready I called and to my surprise they had "misplaced" my dentures and wanted me to come in for new impressions. How does something like this happen? Possibly the rudest and most inept dental service I have ever experienced. Long lines at the front, hygienist had personality as pleasant as a terrorist, the dentist was running behind and I was told I could leave and that he had nothing to check as I didn't have x-rays, and when I approached the office manager with this poor customer experience she told me they must be doing something right as their office is full. Oh gosh, go anywhere else.
