Dr. Hasnain is wonderful. I had another dentist tell me I needed a crown and that my tooth was cracked. Dr. Hasnain gave me a second opinion. The tooth was not cracked. I did not need a crown. The filling in the tooth was compromised and some decay had seeped under the filling. It was a quick and inexpensive fix to remove and replace the old filling. Left my previous dentist, whom we had been seeing for the past 7-8 years for personal reasons. Killian Hill Dental was recommended by a work friend. Lost a crown off a front tooth, leaving a large gap. Dr Gangwisch was able to correct this issue on the very first visit. The entire operation is both friendly and professional. The front office staff is welcoming and accommodating. The hygienists are skilled and very gentle. I can truly say I enjoy going to this dentist.
I just recently started using Panama City Smiles for my children my son needed dentist and I wasn’t quit happy with the last place I used for my oldest son so we gave them a try and from the very moment we came in it was a much brighter happier more welcoming environment. This office did not verify my dental benefits prior to giving me an estimated cost of services. This has resulted in me being responsible for hundreds of dollars that the insurance doesn't cover. My family will not return to this dentist office and I would not recommend to anyone. Very dissatisfied.
