They quoted me a price and a month later after I got the work done hit me with another $400.00. Their explanation was that it was only a quote.

I have gone here for a long time and now I will not go back. They talked my oldest son into get a deep cleaning, which I was leary about but fine with. BUT what they do not tell you that after that every routine cleaning is billed as a periodontal visit and my insurance pays none of it. Also it is way more expensive than a regular cleaning. BUT the cleaning is exactly the same as a regular cleaning. They never told me it would be billed differently or that it would be more. This office charged me double. I had one procedure and they charged me for TWO procedures, over $2300 extra but refused to give my money back. Very sweet and chatty while asking you to sign documents so I trusted them. Older, fixed income, but they still swindled me out of almost $5000 since I'm not allowed to go back and the ONLY tooth they supposedly fixed is hurting terribly.
The best experience I have EVER had at a dentist. The office staff, hygienist , Dr. Todd just phenomenal!!!! If you were ever scared to go to the dentist..... FEAR NO MORE!!!
