Dr. Burlew is by far one of the best doctors that I’ve met. Not only is he thorough and knowledgeable, he is also kind and patient. There have been numerous times that I had to call his office for assistance and he ALWAYS calls me back on the same day. I also must say that his staff is wonderful as well. I’ve had a lot of appointments and phone calls with his staff and never had anything but polite and caring conversations with various people from his office. My experience with Dr. Burlew is different. I arrived 40 minutes early but was not taken back to a room until 30 minutes late. Dr. Burlew came in crossly scolding me that I was late and my appointment must be over in 10 minutes. Since this was my first appt I thought he would tell me what was needed but although I had fax numbers and other info, he told me to get the records myself. He was very nasty.

Hello I want to say I was diagnose with Sarcoidosis in my lungs other doctors just wanted to cut me open but Dr.burlew step in and was like no Surgery is needed he treated me like his sister he care about me and all my crazy scary thoughts about this disease . Sadly I move away to North Carolina believe me I wish I could have took him along Great doctor Great man need more like you. take care you doc and thanks for all the great care . Susan
