Great landlord. There were rarely any issues with the apartment, but when they were, he promptly took care of them.
Matt was a great landlord. He was always willing to come by and fix any issues in the apartment. He also was always an attentive landlord that provided a quick response and was easy to get a hold of. I would recommend Burgundy Development to anyone that is looking for an apartment in DC.
