Burgess is timely, thorough, and most of all, trustworthy. The 72-page inspection report was filled with useful information about our new home that went far beyond the "issues" -- Mike Z. included photos of the model and serial numbers on our HVAC equipment and details about cooling and heating zones that will certainly be a useful reference in the years to come. I have used Burgess Inspections since 2010. The inspectors are experienced, thorough, and polite. They inspect on the day you expect them, they are on time, and your inspection report is available by the next afternoon online. I have known Scooter since our University of Richmond days - and I know that he is a straight shooter. I don't have a reason to try another inspection company.
Our inspector was Red, with Burgess, and he was fabulous! He was more than willing to let me tag along and ask questions and he did a very thorough inspection including the roof and crawl space (no easy task!). We greatly appreciated the information he was able to provide to us!
