I just had an inspection done our inspector Mark was very thorough and friendly. Mark explained what he did and why. Our inspection went well and confident we are getting a nice home.
Mike Z inspected our new home last week. He was prompt, thorough, and took the time to fully explain all of his findings. Mike wrote a very detailed report (49 pages!) that left us feeling like we really knew the ins and outs of our new house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection!
The inspection saved out butts. We almost purchased a property that looked great on a superficial level. Thanks to Mark Worsham, who did a thorough inspection, we were made aware of hidden issues that were going to cost a fortune in the future. We passed on that property. We were pleased with Burgess. They were very thorough.
If I could give a 0 star rating that would be the most appropriate. Be wary of this company and their inspectors. As a seller they will nit pick your home and end up costing you money that doesn't need to be spent. The inspectors think they are code inspectors and masters of the specialty fields (ie plumbing, electrical and HVAC). In one specific instance the inspector has less knowledge than an average homeowner.
