This is the 3rd time I have used Burgess. I feel completely assured of their level of detailed inspection. I had a different Burgess inspector for each house & they each went over every inch of the place. I, typically, insist on being present for all inspections and during all work on my houses, but feel completely comfortable not being present myself and that these guys will notify me of everything I want to know about. Great work!

Very detailed report and all information was very thorough. Appreciate the time and effort taken. Have seen many inspections where the inspector just looked at the superficial and didn't take the time to really inspect things well. Would definitely recommend.
Very detailed, polite, and informative! I am I first time home buyer and didn’t really know what to expect. Our inspector was super nice and explained everything in detail! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very professional. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone in need!
Worth every penny...found 10-15k worth of repairs when inspector for previous buyer/deal that fell through found very little...highly recommend
Burgess was a great company to work with. We had Kenny as our inspector and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was very communicative and gave advice as we went through the inspection. The report turn around time was very quick! We received the report by that night. They also followed up with a phone call and a reminder about their utility concierge service. On top of that, they were budget friendly compared to other companies!
We had William conduct our inspection and were thrilled with our experience! He took the time to educate us on so many things we may need to know, and being first time home buyers, we needed that! Before we even arrived at the property he had already gotten up on the roof and inspected it as well as the chimney. Overall, very informative, very helpful, and very professional!
