Very professional, punctual and informative. I showed up at our prospective house for the home inspection and I was 10 min early, yet our inspector had been able to get there much earlier and went ahead and inspected everything outside. We still had to wait for our realtor to open the house to proceed inside. Once our realtor opened the door I noticed Kenny, our inspector, was changing his shoes and he even brought his own towel to lay down in the entryway since it was quite rainy and muddy outside.
