We ordered some to-go food here a week or so ago, and the burgers were red inside still. They were actually cold and completely uncooked. Luckily we noticed before my daughters ate them, although one of them took a bite. I was so grossed out. I know it could have been a mistake - but I left my complaint with them and they took my contact information to I could talk with management. Nobody ever bothered contacting me. So sad because Burgerville has been a staple in our area for decades. It's really gone downhill.

The Alaskan halibut is so fresh and not greasy the coating is so crunchy! The burgers are the perfect bun to meat ratio and so fresh! The fries are super hot and crispy and the tartar sauce is so addictive! Great customer service and fast!
