Went through the drive thru and placed my order was told to go to the second window for payment and food pick up. Barely passed the first window and the person tells me to pay here. Then I’m informed my order was never placed and then asked to wait in the “grill” parking spots. Waited almost 20 mins before food was brought out. Never received an apology for having to wait or for the mess up! I understand orders get messed up but for an order to not even be placed is ridiculous. We ordered a grilled chicken club salad. The salad had expiration stickers on it. It was days past its discard date. We didn't notice until we got home of course.

I was there today, my wife ordered a burger and onion rings and I ordered a Tillmook cheeseburger basket AND onion rings we got one order of onion rings. Simple transation one would think, Then to get it corrected I would have to go up and reorder onion rings. What we did get was very good but can be gotten somewhere else right the first time.
