The raspberry lemonade was great! Just like their Anasazi bean burger � I missed the asparagus though, maybe that's just a seasonal thing �
Just went here they forgot what I ordered and of course went home ate my fries first as I always do them was like where’s my burger? (They actually gave me the tiny regular cheeseburger) I came back they refunded me no problem and gave me the correct order so I was happy... that is until I got home and I’m pretty sure they gave me the burger I actually ordered like 20 minutes prior.... it’s like it was sitting in the fridge or something it was actually that cold. Our server was awesome and happy with a sweet smile. The food was good and it was nice atmosphere.
Terrible service. Was there noon on Father’s Day. Had ridden our bike all the way from Seattle for the delicious strawberry milkshake. When we got there the ice cream machine wasn’t working because it needed to be cleaned. We asked when it would be cleaned and were told when there wouldn’t be a long line of customers. We asked if it would be done in an hour or so. She answered in a very stressed rude way that she didn’t know. The people behind the counter need to learn how to treat customers. We had specified our orders and they didnt fulfill them. Bad service. They didnt bring out the shakes we waited almost 20 minutes for. No bueno from me.
As I sit here... And mind you its the 5th time we've come here, our "fresh food" takes stale as ... The guy at the counter (dark brown hair and glasses) had me repeat my order 3 times. Dude, large fry. Then he gets mad because I ask for a manager. I doubt I will bring my kids back. They always forget something or cook it wrong or give us the wrong food. Unless its simple, its too hard on them. They should just close their doors at this point. If you can't get the things right, then just don't do business.

I really love Burgerville. I grew up enjoying all they have to offer. But tonight I was disappointed. I ordered the three piece fish and chips. I have been ordering this item for years from many different Burgerville establishments. So I am very familiar with the consistency, and quality of the product. Tonight I received one of the orders had 2 normal sized pieces of fish and one very small almost 1/3 the size.
