This food is awful. You're better off eating the garbage at McDonald's or Burger King. At least the dried out fake meat they serve isn't insanely expensive. That yellow burger sauce looks more like bird shit. (Maybe it is bird shit, I've never tasted actual bird shit, so I can't say with any degree of certainty) In short, rather than wasting money here, dig through a nearby dumpster. You'll get the same quality "food".
They made me cry, but not in the way you’d think. My grandfather-in-law was a regular customer. He always talked about “his girls” at Burgerville. Yes, he LOVED the food there but he loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the workers. He recently passed away and they showed up to his Celebration of Life event! Been going here for years. If you do the night drive-thru, you will not get your fries more than half the time. How can you give somebody who ordered fish & chips malt vinegar but no fries? And how can that be a regular occurance? They always offer free replacement fries, but by the time I get them that fish is cold. Not doing this location any more. Used to come here twice a week but not again.
Need one in the Tri-Cities! Best burgers anywhere!
