BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. I am here now and the customer service is awful. I ordered at 8:44 and they had no Ice Tea available when they close at 10pm. When I went to ask the young lady behind the counter all she had to say was "nope". The food is some what okay here, but not to have a good customer service portion to this restaurant is enough to make me not want to come back. I would go elsewhere. 10/27/15

'Burgerfi' stands a little tall amongst similar burger joints, but I believe they are still searching for that wow factor that catapolts them to the top.
Fantastic burgers, rock-solid consistently bad service
Disappointed in my to go order tonight. If we'd been eating in I might have sent it back. Paid (too much) for bacon, got home to a bacon-less burger. The grilled onions were flavorless and I got regular mayo when I ordered garlic. We've looked forward to a treat at Burger-Fi since this location opened but it seems the quality is becoming unreliable.
Never a let down...best veggie burger in So. Austin. You get what you pay for. If you want the $1 menu, they're down the street.
