BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. Shame on this place. My toddler just tripped and face planted into one of their industrial metal chairs. He starts screaming and dripping blood on the floor. Every customer in the restaurant was concerned, many getting up to hand us napkins or ice, because he was screaming that loud. But, guess who didn't give a rip? Anyone with a "burger fi" nametag, that's who. You have a potential lawsuit on your hands and you don't bother to stop flipping burgers and ask if we need an ambulance? It was great at S Padre Island!!!!Kiddo loved her food ! And our burgers were killer!
I'm been a regular customer, today not sure whats happening. After waiting for good 35 min of my order not sure why took so long; I finally got my burger super hungry and I am pregnant so, after eating half of my burger I realized all exterior nice cooked and inside completely raw... It makes me so mad because it is a neglection! And now my husband has to come back when he shouldnt been, when It should be a better execution since the begining. Not happy right now, feel all gross out �
