They high pressured me into add on packages. One was for glass insurance, which, when i called the company's phone number listed on the insurance policy. Was told "They don't offer that type of policy". Contacted Wade to discuss this. They put me off for months to retrieve my sales documents from the warehouse. (They're on the computer). Finally I just took the car back and they accepted it rather than admit to any wrongdoing.
I live in St. George in the Summer and Salt Lake in the winter. After checking out Jeep Dealerships in Northern and Southern Utah, it became obvious that Stephen Wade was the best to work with. We are glad we went with them.
