Well I got what I payed for...... Cheap service! I just wanted the use of the treadmill, but they are always occupied. The place is so dirty, you can smell sweat as you walk in.  Front desk employees are rude. I  do not recommend this place!  It was a waste of my money.... I payed for 11 months and only went 5 times

HORRIBLE customer service. I am moving and they won't let me out of my contract and said I have to go to this other small gym 7 miles from my new apartment. They will give me no choice except to pay the remainder of my contract. HORRIBLE!!! Why would I have to pay for some place I didnt sign up for! It is a horrible trap they will never let you out!! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

Totally fine gym. I read all these complaints and think to myself, didn't they walk through the gym before they signed up? Of course it's small and basic, but that's pretty obvious when you walk in the front door. If you want a fancy gym, then the mistake was signing up here in the first place! In terms of getting in shape and working out, this gym has everything you need. Nothing to complain about. The customer service is a bit lame, but again, if you really want someone to make you feel special, don't join this gym, find a... read more

I'm really surprised to see all the negative reviews.  First of all, it's $10 a month!  So, no, it's not going to be a high-end gym, but it has all the equipment that is needed for a good workout.  I have never had any problems with the staff - they  have always been extremely friendly and helpful.  I work with one of the trainers, Chris Parello, and he's great.  The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the women's locker room/bathroom is a little awkward in the way it's set up.  But, all in all, I'm very happy I ... read more

I joined BAC when I moved to Burbank a few years back and at the time was pleased with the feel of the gym -  it was clean, light and airy and the equipment was decent.  It was better than what I had experienced at Bally's. Needless to say, fast forward to late 2012/early 2013 and the quality has dropped to awful that I'd rather rent videos to workout  at home and walk around the block than go to BAC for a workout. The front desk staff come across like sullen teenagers - they rarely look up from the text messages they are se... read more

I have been a member for about a yr. Gotta say I love it here. Not too crowded, not once have I had to wait on a machine. Its very clean, locker room is clean. They provide paper towels and disinfectant for your convenience. I have been a member of Bally and 24HR by far BAC is the best. Staff is very friendly and helpful, greeting every time I walk in and out. I'm currently training with one of their trainers Alicia, she is wonderful. Alicia is going out of her way to help me with my fitness goals..love her. I also like that... read more

I love BAC. I should say I love BAC classes.   I come to BAC for the classes.  The classes they offer are AWESOME.  They are all taught by trainers who will work your butt off.  I can come here everyday and I mean everday, 7 days a week and find a class to take.  I prefer coming in the evening after work. I usually come to the  the 5:30 classes. Monday and Wednesday's are Bootcamp. Tuesday and Thursdays are Boxing and Friday Turbo Sculpt class.  Saturday, I like Piloxing and Sundays is another Bootcamp.  If for some reason I... read more

Just started coming here, and I got to say...it's dirty! Not what I expected. No one seems to clean the machine after they use it. The staff is walking around spraying air freshener. Like I want to inhale that when I'm running. Staff isn't friendly when you walk in. Haven't tried the one on Hollywood way. But I can't wait to give a review on that one! I hope Burbank athletic club takes in all these bad review and do change their bad habits.
