Great company Great Company VERY VERY good service at a reasonable price. I had 2 other companies that could not figure out problem and the tech from Burant came out and fixed the problem and tuned my system and it is working great. They also have a maint. program that I signed up for.

great customer service We recently purchased furnaces for our duplex. The man that came to our home to give an estimate was very nice and helpful. I did not have the feeling of being "ripped off." We plan to contact them again in the future for central air units. Very reasonable prices.

Ms. K This is the worst customer service ever!!!! I think they rip off the elderly b/c they think they don't know any better. They came out b/c my mothers furance wasn't working told her it was a bad thermastat and would replace it for 200.00 which they did and then told her they woul do maintance for another 200.00 thank god! she said NO but not even thirty days later her furnace is not working again and they wont come out w/out a charge!!!!

Not Recommended - Bad Customer Service! I had my home furnace installed by Burant and needed AC work in June. I made it clear that the coolant was leaking and needed a recharge but I also wanted the leak completely repaired ASAP. The service tech ignored my request and only recharged the AC and then wanted me to pay an exorbitant fee to investigate the leak at a second visit.
