I’m very grateful to Dr. Jamie for her kindness and professionalism. She was so friendly and caring. Knowing that I feel a little dizzy during blood test before, she thoughtfully prepared a bed for me. Thanks to her excellent technique, I felt no pain and no dizziness at all. Great experience getting my visa health check done here. Each step had a reasonable wait time and the whole process was really smooth. Every staff member I met was friendly and professional. I also love that the results can be used for other things too… very expensive for me tho.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bupa Visa Services today with one of the doctors (female, Room 11). I accidentally touched the masks without sanitising my hands first — a genuine mistake, as I was nervous and did not notice the instructions straight away. Instead of addressing the situation politely, she gave me a heavy sigh and in a rude tone told me I had to throw the entire packet away.
