I went to Bupa Medical for a health check. I had to book in advance through the website and pay. I recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the appointment time. The staff were nice and friendly. They explained things in easy-to-understand English, or you can ask for an interpreter if you need them. Inside there are lots of seats, lockers for storing things, free drinking water, and bathrooms for customers only inside the changing room. I spent about 90 mins in total for the check-up. I met the doctor and kind nurses.
I’m very grateful to Dr. Jamie for her kindness and professionalism. She was so friendly and caring. Knowing that I feel a little dizzy during blood test before, she thoughtfully prepared a bed for me. Thanks to her excellent technique, I felt no pain and no dizziness at all. Highly recommend Dr. Jamie!
Great experience getting my visa health check done here. Each step had a reasonable wait time and the whole process was really smooth. Every staff member I met was friendly and professional. I also love that the results can be used for other things too… very expensive for me tho.
