Very disappointing experience at Bupa Dental Garden City. I booked an appointment over the phone to discuss a dental splint, but when I arrived on a Saturday morning, I was told I had been booked for the wrong type of appointment and they could not help me. The communication between the front desk and clinical team seemed very disorganised. Read back to all the comments, glad to see that I am not the only one who being treated so rude by the admin in garden city Bupa dental. Terrible customer service and not humane, and can’t solve problems at all. Had a call from bupa asking me to reschedule and told me clinic close for renovations from Sep to Nov, so all the appointments need to push back. Edit: Since my initial review below, Karen from Bupa called me. She was very kind and understanding. Turns out that I was also overcharged and she processed a refund. Gave me assurances that personnel would be advised on the feedback to avoid similar circumstances. I decided to revise my rating to include my positive experiences earlier in Bupa Dental MG, specifically Dr Harry and Karen's call. The call certainly put us back into prospective client list. We had been patients of Bupa Mt Gravatt for around 2 years, generally got good service (Harry is a good dentist). I would not have thought I would review this Bupa Dental at a single star. Last time I was there for kids, although we came in 15 min early, we waited 45 min until 17:05 and two check up and cleans were rushed, both completing in less than 20 min due to business day ending (some other dentist) with my over 1 hour and $530 for less than 20 min of a rush of a periodic check & flouride (our appointments hould have b... read more
Unfortunately, my experience with the black lady in receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. This negatively affected my visit, and I hope management addresses this through further training.
