So after waiting for six months for a check up received a letter to say my NHS appointment was can cancelled but was assured as soon as they had managed to employ a new dentist I would be contacted. Last week I had a text to remind me my checkup was now due with a link to book it. Great I thought and clicked the link, took me BUPA private booking system asking me to book a PRIVATE appointment at £80, absolutely disgusting, I never gave my details to be abused in this way, surely this is a breach of the data communication act... read more
