I had a really great experience at Bupa today. All the staff were very professional and nice, which made the whole process smooth. I especially want to thank Sarah in Room 5 – she is not only very pretty and kind, but also extremely professional. She made me feel much less nervous when taking blood, and everything was done very efficiently. Anyway all the staffs are great. Really appreciate the excellent service!

I gave these five stars for all health examiners and some staffs, they’re very friendly due to the front staff of Saturday morning , she gave me terrible service with unfriendly facial expressions and hostile conversation, no doubt
