Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. More than ever I'm pleased I switched to Paolucci a few years ago.
My wife grew up in RI and we moved here a few years ago. I needed a dentist and she had a friend that worked at one. We asked her where to go and she said Paolucci Family Dentist rather than the office she worked for. Her reason was they could take care of any need I would have from cleanings to root canals. Been going there for 7 years now...
I have been a patient with Dr. Anthony Paolucci for 30 years. His staff of dentists and assistants including the office led by Maria are extremely competent and friendly.
Excellent Professional Service.
I was told that I needed some work on my crown. I was given an appointment. I was called to change the appointment, I did. Then I was called again to change the appointment, I did. I took time off work to go to the appointment and when I got there the dentist who looked at my tooth said, its fine. So the jerking around with appointment times was not bad enough. I love this dentist office. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended it to friends and family. Recently, I had to cancel an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in earlier so I did not have to cancel. This kind of customer service is not found everywhere. Highly recommend!
It's a great team from visit from follow up. They help you avoid needing procedures but the ines I've had have been painless and highly effective.
I am fairly new to this practice. I located them through the one of the Rhode Island Monthly best lists. So far they have been fine. There has been no aggravation, no headaches; & no unpleasantness. They are always polite and I have already referred someone who also had a good first experience.
The staff at Paolucci Family Dentists always makes you feel welcome and my hygienist, Denise, is the greatest. Always a pleasant experience at this office.
