Everyone that works here is friendly and accommodating, professional and excellent at customer service.
Dr. Steven Brown referred me to Dr. Kauffman due to jaw & lower teeth being removed due to a jaw tumor. My first impression of the staff and Dr. Kauffman caught me off guard! I was nervous, forgot to take my antibiotic, and I immediately went into anxiety!. Dr. Kauffman assured me they would reschedule the cleaning for next week, everything was ok, and she would complete her evaluation today. This is the first stress-free appointment with a dentist I have ever experience. Thank you to Dr. Kauffman and staff. :-) Pam Ware
Went for my cleaning and was told there was a charge of $20, never paid for a cleaning before, I was told I am out of network, My wife and 2 daughters go to another dentist and did not have to pay the additional $20. Was not told when I recieved the call to confirm my appt, that there was a rate increase and I would be responsible for the cost not covered, After 15 years of being a patient I will be going to another dentist in the future.
I love going to this dentist office. They are always so courteous and professional. Plus they really know what they are doing!

Paolucci Family dentist is professional, pleasant and offers good service. Denise is my dental hygienist. she is helpful with any issues I have, pleasant, and good at what she does. I have also had dental work, including the dreaded root canal. All a good experience, free from pain and quality work and outcome.
Very friendly, competent people. Very homelike atmosphere.
