I cannot believe that I received THREE text message reminders and THREE email reminders before this office visit. Is this REALLY necessary??? In my opinion, it is overkill! One reminder (which, for me is not necessary) is more than enough.
As usual, everyone was most friendly and polite.
I went in for a filling replacement and the dentist accidentally stabbed my muscle while putting the Novocain in. Naturally, I jumped, making the dentist jump and they stabbed themselves with the needle. Everyone was a little tense for the whole procedure after that.
I went here for a root canal today. My Dr was amazing. He's been there for 6 years I believe his assistant was great also. She has blonde hair and 4 kids. She let me squeeze her hand when I was numbed and getting novicane shots too be honest the Dr was so gently it didn't hurt to get the shots at all. I loved my experience and should I have any other problems I want him again. He was very gentle. Thank you
This is the best dental team anywhere. The kindness, care and professionalism of the whole office makes any experience at the dentist a joy. We are blessed to have this team working on our teeth and gums.
I always have an excellent experience. I have full confidence in Dr. Kaufman and appreciate her focus, experience, caring explanation and careful, thoughtful approach to what is otherwise an unpleasant experience to learn that more dental work is needed.
Dr. Kaufman is always friendly and takes her time. She thoughtfully checks into make sure I'm doing okay and feeling no pain.
Dr. Paolucci is awesome and his staff is outstanding
The staff at Paolucci Family Dentist have always shown great care and concern for me and my family. This was especially true at my latest bi-annual cleaning. My hygienist, Denise, gave me lots of good advice and Dr. Kaufman was caring and helpful in guiding me with an issue I have been having.
