Experience was very bad specially with customer service person whose name is GEORGIA at billing counter and she asked to check my purse which is personal belonging but still I said ok then I saw she didn’t checked anybody’s so it was so embarrassing so very disappointed and this leads me in mental agony😭😭😭😭
Self-checkouts are always closed when I go, with only one staff member working a checkout.
I’m sure Mia, from the paint department, is adept at what she does, considering the number of badges she is proudly displaying on her shirt. In my opinion though, Mia requires some redirection in the areas of communication and customer service. Please don’t tell me you don’t have a product in stock, when you clearly do, nor scoff at and speak condescendingly to me when I dare to ask you a question.
