The worse possible customer service at trade desk, they always has some excuses to refuse to do your job, one the special order person on leave, one day the purchase must be more than $1000 and etc, very disappointing,,despite castle hill which always try to help you in the best way rouse hill always try to disappoint you.
Trade desk is nightmare, they never keen to help you with quote and order just want to pick easy way scan and pay. Such a shame.
I was in the store on Monday the 25/8/25 searching for taps for kitchen and bathroom.. I wanted a price and went to the special orders counter but prior to getting there a staff member Jan was on a ELP and stopped and asked if I need help. She gave me a price on both products and reduction on the one that was redundant. Thanks Jan you made my day for you knowledge and customer service. Great team member best I have encountered on the site.
