Johnathan O Hanley came out again yesterday. As always, he was very professional and courteous. His main goal is to make SURE he takes care of our "pests" so they do not bother us anymore. He is an excellent technician. We look forward to having him come out again. Bulwark is the best in the "biz!" V & R Eade
Johnathan O. Hanley came to service our house on August 1st. It was pouring down rain but he still inspected the entire property and serviced what he could. He was very professional, courteous and obviously dedicated. He explained that he was unable to spray the perimeter, because of the rain, but would personally schedule a follow up call to do so when the weather permitted. Very good technician with a good company.
I have been a customer of Bulwark for 5+ years. Love the customer service. Our technician, Jonathan O'Hanley, is really great. We started having scorpions show up in our backyard and he made sure to target those areas and sprayed an extra barrier at our door openings and windows. I like that our specific needs are met with this company.
Jonathan O Hanley was great, he took his time in thoroughly explaining the service options and listening to my concerns. He was also very considerate of my dog and child, with keeping their safety in mind as well as making them comfortable with his presence.
Jonathan O'Hanley was great. He called ahead of time to double check the appointment, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. He asked what problems there had been, and tailored the service to deal with specific issues. He was polite and courteous throughout.
My Tech was Marcello, and he did a marvelous job first explaining why we had a sugar ant problem, again and how the treatment Bulwark Exterminating uses would eliminate the ants
John MacFarlane just keeps doing such an outstanding job with Bulwark. They're literally, the only company that showed prodigious results in regard to our, once, Arizona Bark Scorpion infestation. John gives us dependable, and thorough treatments every month. What a relief not to see them in the house, or anywhere else. If I find one a month I'm surprised. Thanks John !!! Adam and Elena.
Been a customer for 5 years. Robert Weiderman was the technician today and his knowledge and service is great! He is new to our house, but only because of movement from this growing company. He introduced himself and explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions or had noticed any pests. Johnathan was very thorough and informative, as well as polite and courteous.
