After purchasing our first home, which had been vacant for a few months, we hired Bulwark to come treat the house and have been using them since for maintenance treatments. Recently, we called for a follow-up visit (which is provided at no charge if you have issues pop up between treatments) and Matt Welsh was our technician. Our tech Jason Garrett was friendly and professional. He covered his shoes when walking into our home and even knocked quietly on the front door knowing our baby was sleeping. He asked what, if any, problems we would like him to address and was in and out in no time!
We called because we found a scorpion in our home. Bulwark was able to come out an service our home the next day. Jonathan, our technician was nice and was able to navigate around our dogs and our children without issue. He was on time and worked quickly and was very knowledgable regarding our specific needs.
Chandlar palmer serviced our house the other day and did a wonderful job. I am so glad we signed up with bulwark.
Bulwark did such a good job. Our Registered Tech, Jose Rojas Rivera, was very polite and friendly. He sprayed everywhere and he is even coming back out in a couple of weeks to make spray again to make sure he got everything. I will def refer Bulwark to everyone.
