We had a new tech today. Sam Smith. Our last tech, Max, is no longer with Bulwark. We’ve had Max for over 2 years and we loved him. He did exceptional work. As it turns out, our new guy, Sam Smith, license 5253, was trained by Max & is a personal friend. Though sad to lose Max, we were really happy to get Sam. Their tech, Chandler Palmer, was here today, and he did an awesome job! My grown son didn't understand some of the issues and I was not home when he came, so I asked them to come back! Chandler was back in 30 minutes to address my issues. That must be why I have used them everywhere I go, and recommend them to others.........
