Today's appointment was scheduled for 10am-1pm, technician arrived at 10am promptly. Sam Smith was my technician today and he definitely was in and out while still doing a thorough job. He was pleasant enough to inform me that it is a good idea to get baseboards caulked to prevent creepy crawlers from getting into the home. Thank you for your service Sam and the bulwark team.

I had my bi-monthly service and Curt showed up. (The receipt says Curu). He's fantastic and asked good questions and then took over with the outdoor spray. I mentioned I had see a rat on the back wall now and then and he had a trap with him and set it up for me. Nice guy and I appreciate the hard work he and your team does.

We had a new tech today. Sam Smith. Our last tech, Max, is no longer with Bulwark. We’ve had Max for over 2 years and we loved him. He did exceptional work. As it turns out, our new guy, Sam Smith, license 5253, was trained by Max & is a personal friend. Though sad to lose Max, we were really happy to get Sam.
