Sam Smith came out, listened to all of my concerns and addressed them immediately. He explained how the silverfish were getting into the house and told me how he was going to correct it, and he did. I have had Bulwark for 11 years now, so you know I appreciate them preventing any issues with those nasty bugs, etc. that might wanna come in my home! I've been using Bulwark for awhile now. Once they came into the picture, I have been bug free. They are great on all kinds of pests, even the dreaded scorpion. They seem to really care about their customers and have gone out of their way to make sure I was happy. I'd highly recommend Bukwark to anyone for a current issue and more importantly for preventative maintenance...it makes all the difference in the world! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++
