Javan O**** always does a great job and Bulwark has been our go-to exterminator for at least 10 years.
I called and was treated respectfully and made to feel like I made a difference to the company. My service rep, Kaleb, came and was thorough and professional in his treatment of my house. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had and was detailed in his answers. Kaleb was a great representative for Bulwark.
I am always impressed with Bulwark and their professional staff. SAM is usually one of my regular technicians and I am always pleased with his professionalism and the way he always remembers my little quirks about what to spray around my home. Heath was awesome. He called and texted before he came to let me know he was on his way since I had asked for advance notice. He got here right on time and was very polite and professional.
