Jacob E**** was my service tech. Had my gate locked when he arrived and instead of just leaving and rescheduling he called me and I was able to walk him through on how to get in. He also went over his evaluation of certain areas that had spider webs and bug traffic and assured me he would remove all webs and keep an eye on those certain areas. Jacob E. always does a great job treating my property for pests. He takes the time to talk to me about what is needed and if pests have been seen. He is also polite and was dressed professionally. David did a great job getting rid of ants at my house. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went into detail explaining why the ant were coming inside. He also located the source of the ants and showed me where the were getting inside through my slab. He treated inside and outside to gid rid of the problem permanently!!
I had monthly Service done today and Eric K**** was great! He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met and our spider situation was taken care of.
