I have been using bulwark for about 4 years now and love them. Just recently Edward came out and he was so awesome. Just about every exterminator that comes out has been good. I have the every other month plan where they come out and I can also have them come out in between for free. I always recommend them if anyone is looking for an exterminator. I came across them when I moved to Charlotte nc to an apartment that was infested. The landlord didn't have the exterminator come out like they said they would and I called Bulwar... read more

Let me start by saying that we have been with Bulwark for over a year and love it! Everyone on staff, from the pest technicians to the call support reps, is so nice. We get plenty of door-to-door soliciting for new pest groups, and every time, I tell them that we not interested because we are very satisfied with Bulwark. Bulwark is excellent. I’ve been with them for several years...the family that lived in this house before me...recommended them. My Bulwark team member is Ian R. Always timely, always so professional and he knows his stuff. He texts me when he’s on his way...I don’t have to lift a finger. He always does a great job. Sends me a text with a pic when he’s done. If I have worries about scorpions or other crawlers...he is on it! This is truly my favorite service company. Bulwark takes customer service seriously.
