Our Pest Control person Heath, came over Friday right on time and did an excellent job. He cleared the cobwebs on the outside windows, inspected the premises, asked if we have any questions before he proceeded to apply the proper solutions. After completion, he went over the details and asked if we needed anything else. He assured us that if we had any questions later on to call him. Very pleasant individual.

Our technician was Richard L***. He is excellent regarding notice of service and in following up on requests.
Chris P*** is always professional. He goes out of his way to make sure any areas of concern are addressed. We have been using him and this company for over 3 years and are completely satisfied.
Bulwark extermination technicians entered our home. One technician accompanied me to my kitchen pantry which was only issue when called. A second technician made his way to our MB closet and stole $1500. We filed a police report and contacted the Company. The police explained that because it was cash...a denial has to be accepted. The Company never called us back until after a few attempts on our part. We consider ourselves lucky that it was just a theft and not bodily harm, as my wife was alone at home with my daughter.

We just had our first initial intensive appointment to get rid of the cockroaches (ew!) that have been showing up in our home! Malik J did an incredible job and made us feel super comfortable and confident with the way he was pointing out and explaining different things to us in our home.
