**** *. did an amazing job and arrived on time. He talked with us beforehand asking about any pests we may have seen and was able to remove the wasps nest on our 2nd story *****. Very satisfied with their service!

**** J took great care of our home. He was informative, efficient and left us feeling in good hands.
They did not send any email to schedule the service. Did not clearly tell me that this was a subscription like service. They did not honor their offer plus charged us $200 extra for a small job. I asked specifically about the offer on the phone and they said it will be honored, but no they did not. Poor customer service. **** ****** was punctual neat and super nice. Very professional and informative. Explained all the services he was performing answered all my questions and did a very thorough job of treating my house. We called Bulwark out for a free re-treatment, as we'd noticed spiders living around our patio area. ****** ***** sent a text about 20 minutes in advance to let us know he'd arrive shortly, and was very polite and professional upon arrival.
