Today **** B serviced my house for a touch-up after the rain and he was great. I appreciated that he texted me when he started driving to my house so that I could make sure the gate was unlocked for him and when he arrived he was friendly and professional. He made quick work of the treatment but I could tell it was thorough.
****************** went above and beyond to impress us. Not only did he perform the services promised at the appointed time, his customer service was excellent. He made my family feel very comfortable and at ease while he did his work, explained procedures, and answered questions. 10/10 would use again
