On May 12th, 2022, this agent ***************************** knocked my door to try selling me your pest control service and emphasized that your initial pest control service would be very intensive, and future quarterly treatments be for maintenance. However, within this June, two re-treatments had to be performed to catch different bugs in my basement and a mice tried to enter my house next to the basement's window. Bulwark offered a great one-time treatment for $19.99. However, they stiffed us THREE times after repeatedly rescheduling and having no one show--no phone call--no follow up. Collectively, I sat around the house for 8 hours waiting for someone to show. Yesterday, the last time (and final) rescheduled window of service was 5-8pm (I work full time so couldn't be there any earlier). Again, I waited and no one showed and no one called.
