I cannot say enough good things about Edmon Kennedy. He's punctual (usually early), professional, asks about any problems we're having, and listens to my concerns. He is the #1 reason my family uses Bulwark Exterminating. I trust him for all my exterminating needs/concerns. Bulwark needs to give him a raise (seriously) and have other exterminator learn from him. Top notch and professional always. If you are looking for a true professional, call and ask for Edmon.
Antonio Whitaker was very good and professional. I was pleased with the service. Went through the who house and managed to find more than I ever expected. Now I can enjoy being out side with my boys for the summer. I would refer Bulwark very professional and very reasonably priced. Thank you.
Quality, Responsiveness, Value - horrible experience!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I’m not sure if there has been in a change in management, but this summer's service has been deplorable. This company has turned into a nightmare for me. 1. These guys clearly have a habit of skipping scheduled appointments and reporting the management for service they did not perform. Service man didn’t show up twice! ( each time reporting they did).
