I had their service for a little over two months. In that time every week I called to tell them that I did not think the guy was cleaning the pool the right way. I didn't think he was checking chemicals and I definitely knew he was not brushing the sides of my pool. Finally I was home to watch him, he spent less than five minutes skimming my pool throwing a few tabs in and then he left. Great job at a reasonable price. Tile hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years. Now it looks new. Communication with office prior to job was excellent. Will definitely use Bullfrog again as does my neighbor.

We hired Bullfrog drain & acid wash our Pebble Tec pool, to help us reset properly. They were EXTREMELY communicative, professional, and timely. Their technician was came across as a true expert, and provided solid advice. They arrived wearing masks, did excellent work, and left my patio cleaner than they found it (the tech used a blower to clean the entire space before starting work). I've seldom had such a positive experience with any home service, and highly recommend them for any major pool cleaning needs in the Valley.

I won't use anybody else when I need assistance with my pool. Very professional, made sure the job was done correctly and they even cleaned up my hose mess that my kids created. Thank you for having such great customer service, it's rare these days! :)
