The staff at Bullet Barn are fantastic! Their prices are comparable to Turner's, and you don't have to deal with the painfully long wait to pick up your gun. Their armorer, Sam Gonzalez, is awesome too! I brought my Springfield XD to ExaTactical Firearms who was going to charge me $95 (and was told this was a "holiday discount") to install my night sights. I stopped there the other day after work. I found the owner and staff to be very helpful and respectful. The definitely knew what they were talking about.
Hands down some of the worst, most arrogant customer service I've ever encountered. When it was clear we were there to do a gun transfer and they weren't going to make any money off the deal, the guy copped a serious attitude and offered no solutions to a snag we ran into. It was clear he didn't want to be bothered. One of the two women behind the counter was only marginally more helpful, at least she didn't have as poor of an attitude as her counterpart.
