I have had a high speed internet connection problem for a long time now. Trying to contact Comcast on the telephone is almost impossible and I know once I did get ahold of them it would take days for them to come out to look at my computer, plus costly. I walked into Matts store Thursday p.m. and he said he could be there Fri a.m. I couldnt believe it. I expected to receive a call from him regarding problems, cant do it, etc., but no phone calls.
