I’ve previously been to BUI808 Nails Salon in the past had a pretty decent experience. However, my most recent visit will be why I’m quite certain I will no longer offer my business any longer. After being scheduled for a morning appointment days prior; I arrived to my appointment on time and was told I would have to wait approximately 30 mins. I've been coming here for the past 6 to 7 years and I'm so disappointed that the past couple times that I've been coming I haven't been getting the greatest service. During my service I expressed pain twice from over filing to attempting to dig out nail. I requested a French tip with more Arch on the sides and was told that my nails were too short to make it happen when I looked to my right and the lady was able to do it for my girlfriend. Jessica always does the best job whether it’s a pedi or mani - just awesome. Professional and very meticulous in her work. Always friendly and pleasant. Everyone at the salon is very welcoming!
I’ve been getting my nails done at Bui 808 for years. In the beginning I communicated what I needed consistently and it has been given at every single appointment. I don’t ask for much but I have specific taste and standard, Bui exceeds that standard every single time. I am a lifelong customer to an establishment that respects my requests and makes me feel comfortable. Also, absolutely love the pedicures! Thank you Bui!
Happy customer here! Always very friendly staff, clean and comfortable nail salon. The technician was very positive and had excellent customer skills. She massaged my feet and calves very well during my pedicure. This was a very wonderful experience and I will definitely return, and refer my friends and family!! Thank you!!
