As of late, the service has really slowed down. The quality of their work is fine. It's just that it has taken 50 minutes the last two times I have been there. That is way too long. The manager basically implied that I should expect it to take that long. Not true. They have been much more efficient in the past. Will try them one more time in the hopes they will find a way to be more efficient.
I'm usually here daily... Great service... Excellent workers... And prices are the best...
Staff were very courteous and professional. They did a good job prepping the car before it went through the wash. The person who did the detailing afterwards did it right and I had no streaks in the windshield.
They seem to be doing poorer jobs since I first started coming. ..but I need the help washing my suv
